Cryogenic Spools Fabrication

Cryogenic spools and pipe supports

We successfully delivered over 5,000 SB spools for an LNG terminal in Mexico, including receipt and inspection of Customer-furnished materials and cryogenic valves, fabrication and NDT, cleaning and painting, packing and loading in containers, and logistics DAP jobsite in Baja California, Mexico.

Our story

From technology platform to global fabricator

Constellation didn't start on the shop floor — it started as a software company built to solve pipe fabrication's management problem. That technology-first mindset still shapes how we grow today.

2013

Pipe Spool Services, LLC founded

Founded as a technology and service provider to the pipe fabrication industry, developing eSPOOL — a leading-edge, web-based management system for pipe fabrication.

2017

Constellation Industries, LLC incorporated

Our pipe fabrication story begins in Houston, Texas.

2018

Cartagena, Colombia operations launch

Constellation's second fabrication shop opens, establishing the hybrid Houston–Cartagena model.

2018

First U.S. project awarded — 9,000 spools

Executed as a hybrid program: 2,500 spools fabricated in Houston, 6,500 in Cartagena.

2018

Houston shop expands to 4 bays

Including 2 segregated alloy bays, bringing the shop to 55,000 SF.

2020

Acquisition of Comeca (Cartagena, est. 1993)

Adds fabrication of steel structures, ducts, silos, tanks, hoppers, platforms, and furnace casings for the Americas — expanding the Colombia shop from 50,000 SF to 175,000 SF.

2022

Second Houston expansion

A second facility adds 105,000 SF, bringing Houston to 160,000 SF of shop space.

2023

Malaysia office opens

A spool drafting and support office opens to support our operations in Houston and Colombia.

2026

Third Houston expansion

A third facility adds 145,000 SF, bringing total Houston shop space to 305,000 SF.
